Our 90 minute Try Skiing session is a fun introduction to skiing for complete beginners. It's great to do with friends or family and is also the first step in our Learn to Ski Course

Is it right for me?

This is for complete beginners ages 8 and up. If you've always wanted to try skiing, learn to ski or just fancy trying something new this is perfect for you!

How does it work?

Our experienced, qualified instructors will meet you in our equipment room and get you kitted out with skis, boots and a helmet. Equipment is always included in our prices - you'll just need to bring a pair of gloves and wear full length sleeves and trousers.

You'll go through a short safety briefing before heading out onto the ski slope. Starting out on the flat, you'll get confident moving in skis before learning to ski down the gentle slopes in our beginner area. You'll have about an hour on the slope with your instructor. With maximum group sizes of eight there will be plenty of time for individual help and support.

What comes next?

Try Skiing is the first step in our "Learn to ski" course. If you enjoyed it you can easily upgrade to our Learn to Ski Course and we'll refund the money you spent on this taster session in full!
