The exhilaration of hanging your life on a rope is immense. Abseiling requires no skill, little effort and no prior experience, the real challenge is in the mind. You're guaranteed a thrilling mix of emotions - and afterwards, an uncontrollable urge to do it all again. Your instructor will brief you, ensure your harness and helmet is fitted correctly and explain the whole process and ensure your complete safety and wellbeing throughout the session. A second rope is always used and controlled by your instructor, so you can't go wrong!
