Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is the first NHS trust to provide community, mental health and acute hospital services. We work with health and social care partners in Somerset to ensure that we deliver outstanding services that meet the needs of our population.

Yeovil District Hospital is also recognised as one of the top performing Trusts in the UK for health and wellbeing of its employees where staff said they felt supported in their roles by their managers and would recommend us as an employer.

We are currently in the process of officially merging with Yeovil District Hospital to become one large trust covering the whole of Somerset which will give us the opportunity to support the health and care needs of the people of Somerset, and to provide consistent and accessible services across the county.
