HOW WE MAKE OUR CIDERS
We collaborate with some expert scrumpers in Somerset who have plenty of room to hold tonnes of apples and to slowly age our cider for an 8-month period, allowing for the deeper complexities to develop. We then bring our cider to our in-house tanks where we blend and ferment different varieties with the best quality natural ingredients, from fruit purees to fresh juices.
