Chestnuts House is a fine Edwardian detached house with an enclosed garden and private off street parking. Set in the heart of the beautiful Georgian city of city. It is ideally situated off the main roads and adjacent to Henrietta park, but within a few minutes level stroll of the city centre with its many attractions, restaurants and excellent shopping centre. The House is built from natural Bath stone and has four beautifully decorated and furnished ensuite guest rooms, some with king size and wrought iron beds.

Owners Toni and Dawn have created a splendid and delightful bed & breakfast with superb hospitality in a relaxing atmosphere, all the necessary ingredients for making your stay in Bath a truly memorable experience.

Guests 
Chestnuts House has 5 individually themed ensuite rooms which can accommodate a total of 11 persons. Three Superior double bedded rooms, one family/twin room (max 3 persons) and one Classic double room

Bedrooms 
The bedrooms have recently been refurbished to an exacting standard and have been tastefully decorated and beautifully furnished. All rooms have en suite bathrooms with bath and shower, hairdryers and large fluffy towels. The rooms have comfortable and relaxing beds with crisp cotton sheets, air con, remote flat screen colour television, radio, free wireless internet access and refreshment trays.

Bathrooms 
All bedrooms are ensuite with large fluffy towels and White Company products. The superior & twin/family rooms are ensuite with bath & power shower. The Classic room is ensuite with walk in power shower.

Kitchen 
Enjoy your inclusive breakfast in our light and airy dining room overlooking the garden. During the summer months breakfast can be served al fresco. Our breakfast includes both organic and local produce. As well as the traditional English breakfast, we offer smoked salmon with scrambled eggs and homemade blinis, poached buttered kippers (smoked haddock with poached eggs). There is also an extensive buffet table with fresh fruit salad, freshly baked pastries, cereals, yoghurts. We are happy to cater for special dietary requirements.

Entertainment 
The Lounge has a large flat screen Television with both Sky & BT Sport Channels. Free internet wi-fi is available throughout

Chestnuts House is situated in a residential street with a small private walled garden for guests to enjoy and just 10 minutes walk to the centre.
