The Cathedral, Vicars Close and Bishop's Palace are all just around the corner as well as a bustling twice weekly market in the ancient market square.

This charming two double bedroom luxury flat takes up the entire first floor of the original 18th century Guard House in Guard House Lane and was sympathetically converted just four years ago from an impressive stone building which was originally built to house prisoners of war during the Napoleonic Wars. There is a smart entrance with entry phone system and one set of stairs up to the first floor where the main front door leads to an entrance hall with access to the lounge/kitchen/dining room which is a lovely double aspect room with rooftop views towards the Cathedral.

There is engineered oak flooring fitted throughout the flat and a tasteful kitchen fitted with integrated appliances including a Stoves induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer.
