There are two restaurants in the hotel.  Rock Salt, embraces a laid back dining experience serving fresh seafood and traditional dishes.

The Bay, open for afternoon tea and dinner introduces a fresh, locally sourced menu where you can enjoy fresh fish caught along the South Coast or enjoy our local 35 day Himalayan salt-aged steaks. The Bay really does give you a reason to dress up and will often have live music to enjoy while you dine.

As well as a fabulous choice of dining they also have the South Suite, an extensive space perfect for weddings, events and conferences.
