An immersive live performance will come to the Roman Baths on the evening of Wednesday 25 October. A Sound Map of The Roman Baths brings together poetry, music improvisation, and field recordings inspired by the site’s extraordinary history and geothermal hot springs.

The Mendip Hills AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) Service is proud to announce that their project to build new homes for adders won the Bowland Award at the National AONB Conference.

Visit Brean, in partnership with the Quantock Landscape Partnership Scheme (QLPS), hosted a successful photo walk on Brean Down in August. This event brought together 16 participants of all ages from local towns to explore the picturesque Brean Down and the historic Palmerston fort that graces the Somerset Coast, with views across to the Quantock Hills and beyond.
