Created in Italy 100 years ago, traditionally, a Negroni is stirred, not shaken, and is well known for its bitter flavour. There have been many variations of the classic Negroni cocktail over the years and here comes another one, but we can guarantee you’ve not tasted a Negroni like this before!

METHOD

• Add ice, gin, vermouth, rhubarb syrup to glass and stir well until glass is chilled.
• Top with Brothers Rhubarb & Custard Cider and stir.
• Squeeze and add a slice of lime to garnish.
