- Enhanced facilities and services: The Grand Pier has 5 accessible toilets strategically placed throughout the attraction, clearly signposted wheelchair access lifts equipped for visually impaired individuals, and wide walkways for easy wheelchair manoeuvrability.
- A dedicated Quiet Room: The Grand Pier has recently launched a dedicated quiet room which provides a peaceful environment for visitors and staff seeking sensory reduction or a moment of calmness.
- Employment of staff with impairments: By actively recruiting and employing staff with impairments, the Pier fosters an environment of diversity and acceptance.
- The Essential Companion Guide: This guide ensures the safety and wellbeing of individuals who require a companion to access the facilities and attractions on site. The companion receives free entry and a complimentary Unlimited Ride Wristband should the impaired individual purchase one for themself.
- Welcomes assistance dogs: The Grand Pier has implemented policies and facilities that accommodate assistance dogs throughout the attraction.
