It is possible to walk on a marked route all the way from Brean Down to Minehead (or the other way) which is 58 miles. The path follows the coastline closely apart from the sections that track down the rivers Parrett and Brue and a diversion round HPC. At Minehead you can join the South West Coast Path. Along the way, you will encounter fossils, the Ancient Mariner, sand dunes, a lighthouse and a waterfall.
