Amazing rock formations are revealed at low-tide on this walk from the charming and historic estate of Lilstock which offers glimpses of rare flora and fauna and remarkable geology. The harbour at Lilstock and its stone pier no longer exist but there are reminders everywhere of the once thriving port which sold everything from luxury goods to Welsh coal, used to fire the large lime kilns along the cliff.
