New Arts and Tourism alliance to promote Somerset creative talent
Overall Visit Somerset stats are growing very positively as we begin to repair the damage caused by the Pandemic - whilst further digital planning is enabled.
Visit Somerset has prepared for a future that has already arrived.
We recently announced our partnership with Staylists to power online bookings on our website. Visit Somerset is the official Destination Management Organisation for the county and our website, www.visitsomerset.co.uk benefits from over 750,000 unique users and 2.5million page views in a normal trading year.
We just wanted to inform you that 6 years of work is about to pay off. Our priorities will always be around the business and consumer priorities only and generating ROI, market dominance and markets that are driven by data.
As we see our economies move away from bricks and mortar, towards platform based sustainable capitalism, Visit Somerset is leading the digital revolution on behalf of the county, ahead of Boris Johnson's announcement on Monday.
West of England Green Business Grants support SMEs to improve their energy efficiency of their buildings and business operations. This helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions and can save businesses money on energy bills. There is a total pot of £1.7m. We have already invested over £200,000 in local businesses.
We are really proud of the way we work hard for our members.
