We use physical treatments, like massage, yoga and lots of other treatments to help people deal with injuries and stiffness. We use workshops to teach everyone how to take back control of their anxiety and help prevent burnout. Supported by video courses.
Our business is evolving very quickly. We are offering lots of remote help to companies and our individual clients. Our workshops can be delivered via Zoom or Teams or in-person. We show 14 different moves to aid our audience to deal with matters when they are feeling it.
Currently, we are producing 2 videos on social media every week, there are 36 videos available as this comes to you, we have 92 ready to deliver, so new pieces on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and Tiktok, will continue until June 24.
We have 4 professional self care videos on Screen Fatigue, managing energy and memory retention whilst on Zoom calls. A Flexible Working Life, hybrid working skills to keep you safe. Mental Health Self Care, from diagnostics to creative support. Positive Pain Management, loads of self care moves to use and keep.
For 2024 we will provide 1 day retreats in the Wye Valley, Somerset and Cheltenham. We work on other retreats in Scotland, Spain and North Somerset currently.
We offer mindfulness days to companies, a return to work service, Wellbeing Consultancy including all our amazing products too.
We offer chair massage to companies or we come to their events or their homes.
