Somerset Armed Forces Day is a FREE community event to show your support for, and celebrate, the men and women who make up the Armed Forces and Emergency Services communities.

This year, we will join people across Somerset to say “thank you” to members of the Armed Forces community – including current personnel, reserves, veterans, cadets and families – for their contribution to the nation.

Join us for a fun filled day for all the family, open to all and free to attend. With lots of displays and stalls throughout Vivary Park, Taunton, as well as a Red Arrows flyover!

Showing support for the Armed Forces provides a much valued morale boost for the troops and their families. You can find out more about what they are doing at home and around the world by visiting the official sites of the Royal Navy, British Army and Royal Air Force.
