More than 90 businesses have already attended a networking meeting and have told us it’s “Always helpful to get together with other like-minded businesses, hopefully this is the start of shared information and access to know what is happening in our area that is relevant to our guests and our business” and “Hearing all the other businesses talk about their plans (and problems!) was extremely beneficial”.
The aim is to bring together like-minded professionals who are passionate about promoting the Somerset and Exmoor coast and share experiences and new promotional ideas. The meetings are open to all tourism businesses along the coast ie attractions, camping, glamping, holiday parks, cottages, event organisations, tour operators, accommodation, cafes, pubs, restaurants, visitor information centres, transport providers etc. More are planned in the autumn if you would like to host or attend please contact

Get more visitors by featuring in the new Somerset Exmoor Coast Passport as a stamping point?
We are producing a passport for the Somerset Exmoor Coast Path which has spaces in it for visitors to collect souvenir stamps. If you are located right on the path you could promote your business as a stamping point, it’s free. The idea is to get people who are walking the trail to visit businesses along the route collect a stamp, hopefully take a photo and share on social media using #SomersetExmoorCoast and spend some money with you. All the stamping points will be promoted on the website and on social media #SomersetExmoorCoast.
