25ml shot of premium quality gin such as Thatchers Orchard Cut Gin
Mint
Cucumber, lime and red apple to garnish

Fill the glass with ice, add the gin and Thatchers Haze. Stir to mix. Top with mint, cucumber, lime and of course a slice of red apple.
Quick to prepare, serve in a balloon glass for a classic gin cocktail, or for something more informal, why not use a handled jar.
