This homemade recipe is easy to make and best served with an ice-cold bottle of Brothers Toffee Apple cider.

Created in Italy 100 years ago, traditionally, a Negroni is stirred, not shaken, and is well known for its bitter flavour. There have been many variations of the classic Negroni cocktail over the years and here comes another one, but we can guarantee you’ve not tasted a Negroni like this before!

4 x 500ml bottles of Thatchers Haze cider
½ cup orange juice
2 x 500ml bottles ginger beer or ginger ale
1 sliced apple
1 sliced orange
Ice
Rum (optional)

275ml Thatchers Haze cider
25ml shot of premium quality gin such as Thatchers Orchard Cut Gin
Mint
Cucumber, lime and red apple to garnish
