The Florentine is a stylish bistro café situated in the Winter Gardens Pavilion. Its name is inspired by Weston-super-Mare's iconic Italian Gardens, which are overlooked by the bistro's outside seating area.

The Florentine offers a selection of cakes, sandwiches, jacket potatoes, paninis and hot food, as well as a selection of hot and cold drinks.

It also serves afternoon tea for £12.50 per person, and prosecco for an additional £6 per glass.

The Florentine is an ideal venue to hire for small gatherings and parties.
