Nestled in the heart of the West Country, the Bath & West Showground is the perfect place to entertain the whole family. Thirty Minutes from the city of Wells and 10 minutes from the main line train from London to Castle Carey. You are also 45 minutes from Frome and another train station and further strong amenities. The Show Ground doesn't have a hotel, however ample space for camping and parking of large amounts of resource applications.
Although best known for the annual Royal Bath & West Show, one of the largest multi-day agricultural shows in the country, the Bath & West Showground plays host to a wide range of public events, exhibitions, conferences together with world class sports, recording artists and record-breaking music festivals throughout the year.
From crafting to camping, markets to music festivals or collectors’ fairs to comedy nights, there really is an experience to entertain everyone at the Bath & West Showground.
The Showground has ample car parking, as well as an onsite bar & restaurant, allowing you to refuel on delicious coffee & cake, or enjoy a tasty locally sourced lunch, before you continue with the rest of your day.
