To coincide with the major exhibition ‘In Xanadu: Coleridge and the West Country‘, join Tom Mayberry for an informative illustrated talk that explores the remarkable ‘year of marvels.’

Talk: Coleridge and the West Country

The talk will build upon themes explored in the exhibition, including Coleridge’s relationship with William and Dorothy Wordsworth and the influence of the Somerset landscape over the development of his poetry.

Tom Mayberry is Chief Executive of the South West Heritage Trust and the author of ‘Coleridge and Wordsworth in the West Country’.

Limited tickets are available to join us in-person at The Museum of Somerset as the talk takes place live.

Cost: £9.50. Early booking advised to avoid disappointment.

Cost: £5.00. Tickets for this option will be available to purchase up to 1 hour before the advertised start time.
