To coincide with the major exhibition ‘In Xanadu: Coleridge and the West Country‘, join Tom Mayberry for an informative illustrated talk that explores the remarkable ‘year of marvels.’
The talk will build upon themes explored in the exhibition, including Coleridge’s relationship with William and Dorothy Wordsworth and the influence of the Somerset landscape over the development of his poetry.
Tom Mayberry is Chief Executive of the South West Heritage Trust and the author of ‘Coleridge and Wordsworth in the West Country’.
Thursday 19th May 7.30pm - 8.30pm
In person: Limited tickets are available to join us in-person at The Museum of Somerset as the talk takes place live.
Cost: £9.50. Early booking advised to avoid disappointment.
If you are attending in-person please be aware that the event is being filmed and broadcast live.
Online: The event will also be live-streamed via Zoom where you join us from your home (or anywhere!)
