Taunton Sinfonietta and Friends, with 17 year old soloist Anton Pigott and conductor Andrew Gillett, will be giving a concert at Temple Methodist Church, Taunton.

Taunton is so fortunate to have its own wonderful orchestra, the dynamic Taunton Sinfonietta. This group of talented players have a shared vision for performing the Chamber Orchestral repertoire to you, our audience, with whom we love to interact and discuss the music we are playing. The programmes are exciting and always innovative.

Mary Eade has been the inspirational director for nearly 20 years, both leading the orchestra and playing concertos with them. Mary toured the world for many years as a principle member of the English Chamber Orchestra and brings that wealth of knowledge, technique and experience to Taunton Sinfonietta.
