Coach Travel During Lockdown 2.0

Bakers Dolphin is cancelling all holiday and day trip departures from Thursday 5th November up until Wednesday 2nd December 2020, and will contact all clients that were due to depart during this time.
 

Berrys' London Superfast service and Day Trips are suspended from Thursday 5th November 2020 and will resume on Thursday 3rd December 2020.

Berrys will contact customers who have bookings during this period in the coming days by phone or email. 

Day Trips planned during this period will be rearranged wherever possible, or cancelled if this is not possible; Berrys will contact customers once we have been able to liaise with venues regarding entrance tickets and can confirm the new date(s) they are able to offer. 

Berrys refund policy is a full refund for journeys cancelled by the company, and a full refund minus £5.00 administration fee for journeys cancelled by the customer. Alternatively bookings can be amended or moved to another date free of charge.


National Express will be running a reduced service from Monday 9th November 2020.

Free ticket amendment, to travel any time up until 31 March 2021, is in place for customers no longer wishing to travel as planned. Customers can complete the ticket amendment form online before the original outward journey and get in touch with National Express when they are ready to re-book.  If a customer knows when they wish to travel the ticket can be amended through one of the sales channels. Please note: excess fares still apply and tickets can only be amended up to 24 hours before travel.
 
National Express will refund customers if the journey is cancelled by the company and the customer does not wish to amend the ticket. Please note: the Taunton Visitor Centre can only refund applicable tickets originally purchased at it.
