Latest update: Monday 11th January 2021

Hestercombe Gardens temporarily closing due to the Covid-19 pandemic

Following the latest Government announcement regarding the heightened emergency level and increased transmissibility of the Covid-19 virus, Hestercombe Gardens has taken the decision to close its gardens in order to protect both staff and visitors.

The closure status will be reviewed week commencing 25 January 2021 and updates published online.

We are very grateful for the continuing support and understanding of our members, visitors and supporters. Advance ticket holders for the gardens or our upcoming Takeaway Nights will be contacted and offered refunds.

For any queries please contact us.

Please help us keep Hestercombe open

Hestercombe would like to thank you for your patience and support whilst we are forced to close. We miss you all and have been so touched by all the heartwarming messages and comments from so many of you. As an independent charity, Hestercombe, now more than ever, needs your support. If you are able, please consider making a donation to help keep Hestercombe open and becoming a Hestercombe member – they will help sustain the many vital jobs that we provide at Hestercombe.

You can also explore our online exhibitions on Google Arts & Culture, follow Head Gardener Claire Greenslade on Instagram for daily video updates from the gardens, and watch our videos on Vimeo.
