We have our own carpark, lift access, Bar, restaurant, conservatory, outside terrace and gardens place making Waterhouse a great place to work, rest, eat and play!
We serve a selection of drinks which include local Beers, Ales, carefully selected wines and spirits to relax and unwind while taking in the stunning views across the Midford Valley.
Our tranquil surroundings include the Midford Brook at the bottom of the property where we have fishing rights which people can use for a nominal fee, please enquire at reception should you like to make use of this exclusive facility. Across the Midford Valley there are stunning views and a selection of walks one of which is the two tunnels route which is one of the longest pedestrian tunnels in the UK. Other walks include the Kennet & Avon Canal.

Waterhouse is a 13 bedroom country house located in the idyllic and peaceful Midford valley 15 minutes south of Bath. Built around 1632, the house has been restored to provide bed and breakfast accommodation, meeting rooms and a venue for small events.
All our bedrooms are located in the modern wing of the original house. We offer a choice of 8 double bedrooms, 1 twin room and 4 deluxe rooms, all en-suite.
