Percy Place Bath

Percy Place is a holiday apartment in a Grade II listed Georgian house in the City of Bath.
It used to be the home of Rev. William Jay, one of the most eminent English Congregationalist preachers of Regency England who used to preach in the Argyle Chapel in Bath at the end of 1700s.
The flat spreads over two floors: on the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom; on the second floor, instead, a newly refurbished kitchen and drawing room with 2 single beds when needed. Another bathroom is available by the entrance on the ground floor.
Both the town and the countryside are on our doorstep. We are just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre and are very close to the Kennet & Avon Canal at the back of Kensington Meadows.
Free on street parking. Free wi-fi. Bus stop in front of the house. Close to local shops and amenities (Morrisons supermarket, the Larkhall Butcher, Ma Cuisine, Goodies Deli, Rondo Theatre, The King William pub, Nourish Vegan Restaurant).
Free Discount Reward Card for our guests.
