A special evening to remember your loved ones.

We invite you to walk in the beautiful surroundings of Clevedon, raising vital funds for families supported by our 3 hospices, including Charlton Farm. Join us to remember your loved ones who are no longer with us, while walking a beautiful scenic 5k route. Lights will guide your way and there will be live music on Clevedon Pier with space to pause and remember. We ask each person who takes part to pledge to raise £50 in memory of those they are walking for. This could contribute towards a supported hydrotherapy session helping to relax sore muscles.
