Attractions listed below mainly take place during usual museum opening hours and are included with your museum annual ticket- but other events will take place outside museum opening hours - see the list below for more details.

TUESDAY 3RD SEPTEMBER
 * 'Stand calm, firm and united' - watch and listen to the hour-by-hour events on the day that war broke out. 2-5pm.

 WEDNESDAY 4TH SEPTEMBER
 * Evacuees'Anniversary Coffee Morning, 10-12noon. £2.
 * Meet Mr Derby, an evacuee 2-4pm

 THURSDAY 5TH SEPTEMBER
 * 'The Vackie Trains' read letters written by children evacuated to the Radstock area.

 FRIDAY 6TH SEPTEMBER
 * Memories Over Elevenses - 1930s picture quiz & reminiscing. 1030-12noon FREE - donations welcome.
 * All visitors will receive an ID card, billeting address and luggage tag with their entrance ticket. 2-5pm
* Talk by British Evacuee Association 3pm TBC

 SATURDAY 7TH SEPTEMBER
 * Local evacuee Audrey Gane reads from her memoirs as an evacuee. 2-4pm
 * Children visiting dressed as an evacuee, carrying a suitcase or with a homemade gasmask box get entrance to  museum for £1.

SPECIAL EXHIBITION
From 19 August to 30 November, the museum also has a special exhibition marking the 75th Anniversary of the Double Hills Glider Tragedy and the Arnhem Landings.
