The Wild Rocket Tapas & Cocktail Restaurant is the brainchild of the restauranteur Erdal Sahin who brought Turkish cookery to Bridgwater at the Green Olive. Made from fresh, local ingredients, the dishes at the Wild Rocket are Tapas style or traditional British cuisine.

Monday - Tuesday ~ 9AM - 3PM
Wednesday - Thursday ~ 9AM - 3PM ~ 5PM - 9PM
Friday - Saturday ~ 9AM - 9:30PM
Sunday ~ 10AM - 4PM

During December We Are Open Every Night For Christmas Bookings and Parties.
