Visit Somerset Team launch new KPI management tools to evaluate performance weekly
Those KPIs will be fully available for all to see through our business newsletters bi-weekly.

We will start with the launch of; Things to Do, page views, Festivals and Events, page views and Places to Stay page views.

Our accommodation KPIs, below, will show you weekly the volumes of visitors that are hitting our accommodation pages and our Staylist platform.

As a  bench mark last year we received -

72,000 visits to our accommodation pages via Google Search

Our 'Late Availability' news letter that goes out to our comsumer database and social media will be back next week supporting further 'Late Availibility' options throughout the county and will

Below is the KPI evaluation for the last two weeks.

You will see that managing by exception the area that needs development is our automated accommodation booking - which has had very little publicity since launch. 

NEXT STEP
  1. Start communicating benefits of the new Bot automations and support consumer concerns around data protection and ethical AI.  
  2. Continue to encourage accommodation offerings and booking direct through socials and newsletters 
  3. Look at other incentives to Book Direct
