Outline of events:
10am-11.30am: Presentations given by Visit Somerset and other industry leaders.
Including Vodafone and business support
Latest Digital developments and how to work with Visit Somerset to support your
experience and accommodation bookings.
The launch of the Visit Somerset and Bath Reward Card scheme.
Being involved within the Paranormal Industry and how you can get involved.
Being involved in dog friendly accomodation and how you can get involved.
The development of Buy Somerset and supporting independents and Somerset Producers
Speakers and further specific projects
11.30am-12.00pm: Tea and Coffee break in the Cloisters with a chance to network with food and drinks and other Somerset producer stalls.
12.00pm-1.00pm: Networking
1.00pm-2.00pm: Lunch. Guests to collect their lunch from tables in the South Transept and take food back to tables in the Nave.
2.00pm-3.30pm: Tours. These may need to be pre-booked as there is a limit to the group size and time. Tours potentially to include a visit to Vicars Hall which can be dressed in an example dinner layout.
3.30pm-4.15pm: Final words from Visit Somerset, round up the Conference and invite guests to come for drinks in the Chapter House and Evensong
4.15pm-5.00pm: Drinks in the Chapter House – an extra Networking session of sorts, but mostly to advertise the Cathedral than as part of the Conference.
5.00pm-5.15pm: Move to Evensong for those who want to stay, exit via NW or N Door for those who are going at this point.
5.15pm-6.05pm: Evensong. C-i-R to welcome anyone who has come from the Visit Somerset Conference.
They could then finish the conference Q&A's etc then drinks in chapter house for those attending Evensong. Debs
