Visit Somerset has arranged three travel writer visits this month.
Special thanks go to Paul Cuff at the Hood Arms in Kilve for kindly hosting Neil who is writing an article about the Quantock Hills for People's Friend magazine. Perfect weather was captured at a great time for photography and doubtless the article will look radiant.
Also thanks to Alan and the team at
Holiday Resort Unity who hosted Mark who represents a number of media outlets. Mark took in the sights and experience of Brean Down, prior to a long-held interest in history so migrated onwards to the battlefield at Westonzoyland, checking out Musgrove Willows and then onward to
Cheddar Caves, thank you to Ellen and Sarah respectively.
Finally we welcomed the return of the Howorths, writing a piece about Bath Christmas Markets for Motorcaravanner magazine. A thank you to Fi and Poppy at Bath Waterside & Marina & Caravan Park and James Walter and Jon Smith-Lane at the Bath Apex Hotel.
This is one of our many roles executed with a small team and it is great to be having higher numbers of such trips returning.
