What are our new BOTs telling us - We have employed the services of the TextHelp Disability Service Bot - driving Equality and Diversity agenda for Somerset

The Bot works on behalf of Visit Somerset ensuring that all can have access to our resources. Translating into over 30 languages verbally and in text form, whilst offering incredible disability services such as:

Simplfication for visually impaired
Text highlights for those with mental impairments

Subtitles for those that have a hearing impairement
