Introduction from the Chair
This situation joins, and further contributes to, supply chain and inflationary effects that are imminently to be augmented by tax and energy changes from April. We are fully aware of these ongoing issues that our members face whilst still bearing other Covid legacy issues such as human resources, spread bookings and much else.

We are very grateful for those members that respond to surveys and feedback business information to us. This helps us act on your behalf in a number of ways as we strive to bring stability and recovery to the visitor economy.

That said, we are all together in the business of providing leisure and entertainment and with that aim, we send you our best wishes for a prosperous and enjoyable spring.

I am delighted with the progress of Visit Somerset with John and his team, that we believe are again demonstrating real leadership of the County's visitor economy and support of our members.

Last month we worked directly with fifteen members through TV Media coverage to tour operator marketing support, E commerce development and more as we continue to move out of the Pandemic. At the same time we are continuing to support with our new digital magazine and late availibility newsletter.

We are proud of our efforts and look forward to continuing to support you.

We pride ourselves on genuinely helping our members
