Jo is joined by Ian Buchanan as Commercial Account Executive who covers Taunton and West Somerset. The dedicated team offers advice on business and property insurances, advocated for supporting local and understanding the unique needs of each client.

In June 2021, Jo Pavey Insurance Services joined Lloyd & Whyte Community Broking, a part of Lloyd & Whyte Group and The Benefact Group. This collaboration empowers the Taunton team enhance their unique offering of products and services to clients and continue being an integral business within the local community.
