Incredible feed back from weekend familiarisation trip supporting Japans Mikki Travel.
The feed back speaks for itself, as two senior Mikki Travel colleagues from the trip, spoke highly of their weekend away in Somerset.

The full itinerary is below  -

Thank you to all those that were involved in the organisation of the trip.

John Turner CEO of Visit Somerset and host for the weekend said; " We have the product and we have the right integrated transport to give international visitors the very best experiences in Somerset. The feed back that we've recieved is exceptional and proof of our capabilities as a county and membership organisation".

Dear Visit Somerset team

Like Mr.Hasegawa's previous email (Big Thank you!),
I also would like to express my sincerest appreciation for your great support for this time of FAM trip.
Now I really confident that we'll be sure to able to reach the market big attention / able to fulfil the demands of the market,
if both of us could coop / work together as a team,
because Somerset's power / profound richness of sources of attraction as a destination where we desperately would like to promote is superb.

Now we have lots of ideas, thoughts how to promote Somerset,
we really would like to discuss those with you , and dying to hear your thoughts about those.
We really look forward to see you again on January 2020.

Again, thank you very much for everything !!

Best regards,

Dear John    c.c. Becky

We have just arrived at our office now.

Thank you very much for giving us this great opportunity. Your teams arrangement was perfect and your itineraries have been covered lots of important areas, places, sightseeing spots, hotels etc in Somerset. Of course time was limited but we knew how Somerset can attract all kinds of tourists to visit all year round.

Moreover we really felt this time that key persons composing Somerset tourism like local guides, hotel managers, coach drivers, gardeners, visitor centre members, etc etc everyone we met was so wonderful, had very professional skills and proud of their jobs. We had a very good time during our trip.

We will be discussing how to promote Somerset more internally in our office and then externally with our agents for FIT as well as group.

Once again thank you so much for your full attend and full arrangements.

Kind regards,

Tsutomu Hasegawa
