The team will be monitoring and evaluating Biweekly for all Bath members the key performance indicators for Stay in Bath and Bath Self Catering - We are going to establish authority before publishing the figures, however they will include:
  • Reach Late Availability
  • Engagement Late Availability 
  • Bot Accommodation search 
  • Google Analytics Bath Accommodation search results
  • Staylists Search
  • Staylists bookings confirmed 
  • Total social media reach 
  • Total social engagement

Other projects being planned:

The writing of monthly Bath blogs to appear through all channels 

PR Launch of the relationship between Visit Somerset and Stay in Bath / Bath Self Catering in Bath 26th May with Dan Norris the Metro Mayor for West of England Combined Authority. This also supporting the launch of 'Supporting Local Independent businesses in Bath'.  

Weekly updating of all festival/events and news pages on both Stay in Bath and Bath Self Catering sites. Started Week Comms - 2nd May 2022

Social scheduling for both sites   Week Comms - 9th May 2022 
 
Meeting being organised with Alison Curran and Staylists 17th May to look at rolling out PMS developments.
