A reminder that the national conference ‘Mental Health: Challenging Perceptions, Changing the Narrative’ is taking place on 5th March in Weston-super-Mare. This event is free to attend and is being held as part of the national Centres for Excellence (CfE) programme.

The event will chart a persons journey, exploring various mental health issues and challenges they might face at different stages of their lives. Guest speakers include Anna Williamson TV presenter and author, The Big House, YoungMinds, Big White Wall, Nick Elston, Dr Paul Phillips and Mike Armiger.

With a diverse range of speakers covering a range of topics, tools and techniques, this event has been designed to be both thought provoking, but will also give the audience practical examples and tools to help them and their organisations to address mental health.
