This is one of four private rooms within the house. Situated in Oldfield Park and very close to Oldfield Park Train Station and local buses, this is a perfect base for exploring Bath. There is a free car park just fifty metres from the house which is a truly rare find in Bath!

Four bedroom Victorian house retaining many period features. With an eclectic mix of individually furnished, quirky bedrooms and modern kitchen and bathroom. Stripped wooden floors in communal areas and 3 of the bedrooms with carpeted, snug attic room. Bright and airy and set over 3 floors. Easy off street parking. 200mb fibre optic broadband. Flat walk in to town (15 minutes walk/ 5 minutes taxi). 2 minutes walk to Oldfield Park Train Station (2 minutes to Bath Spa; 12 minutes to Bristol Temple Meads).

The private double room benefits from use of a shared kitchen with breakfast bar. A comfortable living space in the centre of the house, with an extensive library of books for both the avid and casual reader. The property also boasts a garden at the rear; a great spot for relaxing during the summer months.

I like to give guests their own space during their stay, however I am always available to offer recommendations and help, both before and during their stay. I am never far away or am in the house, and am always on hand should you need me. I usually arrange for a self check in but can always be on hand if a guest would like me to help them check in.
