Percy Place

4 Percy Place, BA1 6AR, Bath

Description

Period holiday apartment in Bath sleeping 7 people at walking distance from the city centre with free on street parking.

Percy Place

Percy Place is a holiday apartment in a Grade II listed Georgian house in the City of Bath.

The house used to be the home of Rev. William Jay, one of the most eminent English Congregationalist preachers of Regency England who used to preach in the Argyle Chapel in Bath at the end of 1700s.

We like to make our guests feel at home and highly valued.  The original Georgian features of the building are enhanced by the stylish decor of the rooms such as antiques, trinkets and period furniture. At the same time, free wi-fi and a recently refurbished kitchen offer modern comfort.

Both the town and the countryside are on our doorstep. We are just a few minutes walk from the city centre between the up and coming ‘Artisan Quarter’ bristling with local independent shops, and Larkhall village, a pretty quarter with a local butcher, a deli, a theatre and a few restaurants. We are also very close to the Kennet & Avon Canal at the back of Kensington Meadows. The view of the countryside and back garden from the back of the house is relaxing and inspiring.
