Steeple Ashton village never fails to charms guests, as one once commented “like Midsomer without the murders”. There is a walkable pub that serves good food, and a walkable award winning community shop. The fine architecture, and magnificent St Mary’s Church cannot help but impress.
Only 12 miles from Bath. If you do not feel like driving into the city then hop onto the train at one of the local train stations in Trowbridge, Westbury Melksham or Bradford on Avon.
