From glorious beaches to amazing wildlife, historical delights to geological marvels, the Somerset stretch of the England Coast Path offers walkers of all levels - from holidaymakers and families to serious walking enthusiasts - the chance to explore, relax and enjoy some of Britain's most unusual and beautiful coastal scenery.

Starting from the genteel Victorian resort of Minehead and walking east towards the natural promontory of Brean Down, you will pass a medieval  village , alabaster rocks, an ancient harbour, a stunning waterfall , limestone pavements, saltmarshes, sand dunes and a lighthouse on legs.
