The Centre holds a Bronze Green Tourism Business Award and achieved 6th position in the 2008 Mystery Shopper Assessment (out of 55 Tourist Information Centres regionally). 
It is easily accessible for visitors with disabilities with ramped access, automatic doors, low counters, a hearing loop and information available in Braille.

Easter - September (Monday to Sunday): 9:30am - 5pm
1 October - Easter (Monday to Friday): 10am - 5pm
(Saturday): 9:30am - 4pm (closed for lunch from 1pm - 1:30pm
