The Hackney Stable: Ground floor two bedroom apartment, sleeps 2-4, with open plan living room with dining area and kitchen, large windows in a brick arched surround. This has wheel chair friendly features with “drive-in” shower and spacious bedroom for access ability, patio/lawn area, and views across Sedgemoor. M2.
The Tallet: First floor two bedroom apartment, sleeps 2-4, with open plan living room with dining area and kitchen; large windows giving views over Sedgemoor. This unit has a bathroom with shower. M1.
The Old Parlour/The Old Dairy: These are two double bedroom cottages, sleeps 2-6, with first floor open plan living room with dining area and kitchen. There are panoramic views over the surrounding Somerset levels to the Mendips through the large windows. These cottages have two shower toilet rooms and the option of a sofa bed in the living room. There are lawn areas with each unit. The Dairy has shower over bath.
All the cottages and apartments are fitted out to a high standard and comfort to provide a light airy relaxing atmosphere. We are providing free oil fired central heating, hot water, linen. Electricity metered.
There is ample off road parking for each unit, and a large lawn area for entertainment and barbecue area. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement, kennel available.
Regarding what to do, there are local pubs and restaurants in Stoke St. Gregory; walking on local moors/levels, Parrett Trail, Macmillan way, over the farm and within easy reach of Quantocks, Exmoor and Blackdown Hills and Mendips.
You can fish on local coarse fishing lakes. North Somerset coast and south coast are with easy access; cycling on quiet lanes, cycle hire available in Langport. Bird watching on West Sedgemoor RSPB reserve. You will enjoy seeing the traditional cider making. Accommodation for group attendance to local courses: upholstery, basket making and patchwork.

From M5, Junction 25, take A358 to Ilminster, bear left at traffic lights at Thornfalcon garage onto A372 Langport Rd. In 200 yards turn left (sign posted North Curry). Through North Curry, to Stoke St Gregory. Take left into Slough Lane, continue for 2 miles, Walkers Farm Cottages is on the left (6 miles from Thornfalcon lights).
From Taunton. Bus available from Taunton bus station to Stoke St Gregory or Burrowbridge.
