This tastefully restored spacious 18th century mill barn combines charm and character with modern day comforts, it is beautifully furnished throughout to offer stylishly presented family accommodation. Adjoining the owner's property, it retains many original features such as oak beams and stone floors, and benefits from an oil-fired Aga. An ideal base for families and larger group holidays, there is plenty to keep the children busy- large gardens with outdoor children's play area (with swing and slide), an internal games room (with pool table and table football) and exclusive use of an indoor heated swimming-pool.
Nestled in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty it enjoys magnificent views, peace and tranquility. Spend your days just relaxing or embark on a country walk to one of the many days out the area has to offer with Cothay Gardens a gentle stroll away or Dunster Castle (NT) Knightshayes Court (NT), and the Wimbleball Lake a short drive. For excellent walking and riding, the Brendon Hills and Exmoor National Park are close by. Along the West Somerset coast, which is easily accessed, the pretty town of Porlock, Lynton and Lynmouth can be found. Minehead, 20 miles, has good beaches and excellent family entertainment.

M5 Jcn 26 and follow signs to Wellington town centre. At traffic lights turn right to Milverton (B3187); continue for 2½ miles and turn left signed Langford Budville. Pass the Martlett Inn on left, then take 1st right (as you leave the village). After 150 yds at cross-roads go straight across; continue down into the valley for about 1 mile; go over hump-back bridge and take 2nd drive on right to Wellisford Manor Farm. Take 2nd gateway on left into the old mill.
