Royal oak Cottage is an ideal base to explore the local unspoilt beach at Sandbay and the National Trust headland of Sandpoint and is only a short, scenic drive to the seaside resort of Weston-Super-Mare.
The accommodation is of a traditional cosy style and every room is tastefully decorated and centrally heated. The cottage has its own private garden facing south and is a real sun trap.
Fully fitted kitchen with dining room and seating for 6 people. Lounge with its original beamed fire place and flagstone hearth. Comfortable furniture including double bed settee, which enables the cottage to sleep 6 guests. On the first floor is the master bedroom with double bed and the second bedroom, which has two full size bunk beds. All beds are made up for your arrival. There is also a spacious family bathroom with shower over bath. Additional W.C. on ground floor.

Road Directions
M5 Jcn 21 for the A370 to Weston super Mare.Take an immediate left onto the B3440. Follow the signs for Kewstoke and Sand Bay
Continue for 3 miles on country lanes towards Kewstoke. At the T-junction with the pink shop and Post Office, turn right and park Royal Oak Cottage is located at the rear of the pink shop.
Public Transport Directions
From Weston super Mare train station or from the seafront catch the number 100 bus to Sands Bay. coaches stop at Locking Road coach park - railway station is opposite.
