A traditional Somerset farmhouse in the picturesque village of Lympsham. Enjoy a drink on the cricket green or buy produce in the village shop. Spectacular views to the Mendips and Brent Knoll. Six miles from Weston-super-Mare and Burnham-on-Sea. Many pubs and restaurants within five miles. Entertainment at Weston-super-Mare, Brean or 40 minutes away in Bristol.
Three newly converted roomy cottages sleeping three (2 bedrooms) and seven (3 bedroomed). Each cottage has a small private garden; an attractive lounge with TV, DVD, books and games; new bathrroms and a fully fitted, fully equipped, kitchen including a washer dryer. The three bedroom cottage also has a dishwasher. Electricity and fully controllable heating at no extra charge. All linen is supplied and beds are made up. Children and dogs welcome. Cots and highchairs available. There is a large lawned area with play equipment (including trampoline and swings) and room for ball games.

Road Directions
M5 Jcn 22 and take A38 North towards Bristol; after 2 miles take the A370 towards Weston super Mare. After 2 miles take a left turn into Lympsham Village. Go past a cricket ground on the right , then turn left into Church Road. Go past parish church and turn left into South Road at a memorial. Continue 0.5 mile to the end of the tarmac. Lower Farm House is a large white house on your right.
