Knoll Cottage is a converted stone barn in a secluded rural location 14 miles NW of Taunton. It is on the outskirts of Stogumber, a picturesque village in undulating country between the Quantock hills and the Brendon hills, on the edge of Exmoor. It is set in a beautiful 2 acre garden which is open for charity 2 or 3 times a year.
The high quality guest rooms are on the ground floor in recently converted stables, just a few yards from the main house. Each has its own entrance with security lock. Their windos face away from the main house ensuring a high degree of privacy. Both rooms have extra large double beds and en suite bathrooms with full sized baths and powerful showers.
For breakfast we us the best quality local produce, including locally smokeddry cure bacon and eggs from our own free range hens.
