The house is within easy, level walking distance of Street High Street, Clarks Village Outlet Shopping Centre, Clarks International, Strode Theatre, Strode College and, a little further walk away, Millfield School.

Street is set on the Somerset Levels and is only a short drive away from Glastonbury Tor, Wells Cathedral and the Cheddar Caves.

Road Directions

From M5, J23. Head east (left) for Glastonbury along the A39. Drive to Street. Straight over roundabout (Clarks warehouse on the right, McDonalds on the left.) Straight over next 2 sets of traffic lights and at the large roundabout, at the end of the dual carriage, turn right (signposted Somerton and Millfield School). This is Glaston Road. Just before the mini roundabout turn left into a small cul-de-sac. This is opposite a new large block of flats (still being built – April 2008) and just before the sign post for the mini roundabout (Somerton straight on, Strode College left and Town Centre right). Dorm House is at the top of the cul-de-sac, the furthest property on the right. Park in front of the house or Dorm House garage, the furthest garage on the left. If coming from the Wells direction along the A39 you pass a new industrial site (empty at the moment – April 2008) on your right and then come to the large roundabout where you will turn left into Glaston Road. There is a small garden centre on the right of the roundabout coming from this direction.
