The beautiful Victorian Manor House is et amidst 10 acres of glorious parkland that is kept for the sole enjoyment of the owners, the Rodgers family, & their guests. The family live in the main parts of the manor, but have cleverly created three spacious self-contained suites all with stunning views of the parkland. Guests are free to wander and explore the grounds with wooded areas, sleepy corners, roaming peacocks and in the late spring early summer the grounds are ablaze with rhododendrons. Croquet, badminton and a trampoline can be enjoyed on the front lawns or simply just relax, unwind and enjoy this unique atmosphere.

Situated on the Devon/ Somerset border you will be perfectly positioned to visit a wealth of wonderful places: Hestercombe Gardens, Wimbleball Reservoir with its boating and fishing, Cricket St Thomas, Cheddar Gorge, Crealy Adventure Park, Taunton Racecourse and many National Trust properties. The Blackdown and Quantock hills are nearby, whilst Exmoor, the Somerset Levels, Glastonbury, Wells, Exeter and both coast are all within easy reach. You will also be ideally located to enjoy the many good, local pubs and restaurants and the amenities of Taunton are just 7 miles by car.

To help make your stay that extra bit special breakfast hampers can be arranged through the owner at a small charge. A babysitting service is available to be arranged with the owner. All suites have a secluded barbecue area within the grounds with seating. Colour TV, DVD and video all available on request. Well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer (except Mimosa). Bed linen, towels and electricity are all included in the price. Washing and drying facilities available. Parking. One small dog by arrangement only, a dog kennel is also available. Regret no smoking inside the property.
